The Sureprint range of manual carousels are robust, heavy duty machines designed to give years of trouble free operation. Each machine has micro registration fitted as standard to each print head. Side clamps make a stable platform for the screens. Bearing registration ensures accurate repeatable registration. Platens 40 x 50 cm standard. Quick change pallet system. Optional side screen air clamps, jacket hold down frames and a range of pallet option available.

Standard configurations.
Model 1, 4 head 4 station.
Model 2, 6 head 4 station.
Model 3, 6 head 6 station.
Model 4, 8 head 8 station.

Optional pneumatic clamping system for each print head. Sureprint flash dryers make a perfect accompaniment to the carousel. Rubber coated pallets or aluminium available.
